With more than 20 years’ experience across the real estate and property industry, Eliza brings a
comprehensive background spanning residential sales, corporate property management, operations
and client services. Her career has encompassed senior roles within Sydney’s competitive corporate
property sector, as well as the broader NSW residential market, where she developed a strong
foundation in structured systems, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement and high-level
client service within fast-paced, results-driven environments.
This blend of metropolitan corporate experience and hands-on agency leadership allows Eliza to
approach operations with both strategic oversight and practical understanding. As Operations
Manager at Newton & Co, she is responsible for driving operational excellence across the business,
implementing streamlined processes, supporting team performance, and ensuring every client
touchpoint reflects professionalism and consistency.
Throughout her career, Eliza has been recognised for her attention to detail, strong organisational
capability and calm leadership style. She is passionate about building efficient systems that
empower teams, protect brand integrity and ultimately enhance the client experience.
Beyond the office, Eliza is deeply invested in her community. She serves as Treasurer of her local
school P&F, actively supports junior sport, and is a proud footy mum. She also has a long-standing
interest in residential renovation and property improvement, which complements her professional
expertise and keeps her closely connected to the homes and communities the business serves.
